Red hot gymnastics pre- school is deigned to boost fine motor skills, gross motor skills, balance, coordination, social skills and confidence.

We pride ourselfs in providing a safe, fun, welcoming environment for children. Our friendly and enthusiastic coaches will progressively build your child's confidence to enjoy learning the basic foundations of gymnastics whilst having fun.

The class is structured to our Gymnastics Award Scheme and also Pre-School discipline.

We start the 40 minute session with action rhymes and songs using a range of sensory and hand apparatus to help stimulate your child’s imagination. We will then go around 2 circuits and finish with free play and a cool down song and sticker.

This is a coach led class but parents stay and help them locate there away around the circuit.
