The emphasis is on FUN, children enjoy the adventure of working on our Apparatus and learning new skills progressively. Each child is encouraged to learn at their own individual pace in a coach led structured group. They develop pride and experience a sense of accomplishment earning badges & certificates as they progress through our IGA Assessment level's. Gymnasts will be taught basic skills and progressions on beam, floor, bars, vault, trampolines and fast track. We believe that participating in organized sports provides a chance for young people to increase their activity and develop socially and physically.

Senior coaches will also monitor these classes for individuals who show a flair for the sport and offer them the chance to join our advanced recreational or Squads.
