classes are for girls and boys aged between 4 and 8 years.
Classes are undertaken in a fun but structured environment and include the use of a variety of apparatus to teach girls and boys basic gymnastic skills.
We cover floor, beam, vault, bars trampoline, tumble track and trampette as well as conditioning and flexibility. Classes give children the opportunity to work towards our IGA’ badge scheme, under the supervision of one of our qualified coaches.
Coaches are always monitoring the gymnasts to identify a potential to move into our Advanced Class.
